Home Visitors

These ministry volunteers bring the Eucharist to those who are not able to receive communion within the parish community.  If you or someone you know is homebound and not able to attend Mass, but would like a short visit and to receive Holy Communion, or if you would like to volunteer for this ministry, please contact Diane Berg at 952/698-1713 or diane.berg@risensavior.org
